Breath and music as medicine

Evening healing concert combined with breath work. Thanks to our inner healer, breath and music, we dive into ourselves and look at what wants to be seen and heard. Maybe it will give us a new "breath" in our lives, it will allow us to get to know each other better on a level we don't know yet... every path that breath and music opens for us is ALWAYS different. It's about exactly what we need RIGHT NOW.

JOSEPH PEPE DANZA will accompany us with sound. He is an amazing artist, feeling space and people. He has traveled the world, plays many musical instruments, lives by music and what he loves. As for me, I mainly work with the breath using a technique called conscious connected breathwork in the world. In addition to the above, I also do bodywork and massages, but this evening will be mainly about breathing. My journey started with yoga, continued with massages, and after a personal crisis, I got to the breath, which I have been working with for 7 years. You can read more about me here:
