Breathwork
Something as simple as breathing, which we are not even aware of during the day, can be a bridge to a healing experience. Just as a physical wound can heal, so can a mental one, it just needs time, space and attention.
Our bodies are archives of everything we have experienced in our lives from our conception (and maybe even earlier) to the present. It is a library full of experiences, traumas, experiences and unearthly wisdom.
The body remembers, and as they say, every now and then it happens to us that someone or something "presses a button" on our body...it touches the place where the traumatic experience was stored. The first thing that "appears" in our mind and asks about the world - to say something, shout, explode, hit, run away. If we don't, the suppressed response/energy goes back into the body...and then it can manifest as depression, anxiety, sadness, lethargy, fatigue, feeling disconnected, chronic pain, chronic stiffness, etc.
Breathwork therapy is suitable for everyone. It doesn't matter what you do, what you do and what you believe. Therapy helps to reduce stress, supports creativity, improves and deepens the relationship with oneself and the environment.
Therapy consists in connecting with one's own breath and, through it, with oneself. We breathe with a consciously connected deep inhalation and exhalation through the mouth. The inhalation is full, deep, fresh with the curiosity of a newborn child, and the exhalation is relaxing, surrendering, letting go, like the last one. The process of rebirth. The whole process is supported by specially arranged and selected music that will help you dive deeper into yourself.
By finding time and paying attention to ourselves, we give our body and our whole being the opportunity and especially the energy to do exactly what it needs at that moment. From a physiological point of view, we fill our body with oxygen more than usual, in a state of relaxation. There is self-healing on a physical level, release of emotional trauma, or changes on a more subtle mental and spiritual level.
Because our bodies and systems are smart, they will know exactly what they need to do at that moment. In fact, our body will do all the work. We will only provide him with the energy and space he needs. The advantage of the process is also the detoxification of the body, since 70% of toxins are released from the body by breathing.
It's very simple. It's a reminder of how important it is to breathe. Inhale the whole existence and exhale - total relaxation. And what happens in between is remarkable. We become more aware of the miracles of life, feel liveliness, and states of unconditional love are common. What is actually completely natural to us, we just created many defense layers during our life and forgot who we really are...
BREATH
Pains
By releasing blocks in the body, chronic pain is released and removed, posture is adjusted and energy begins to flow more easily.
Trauma
Trauma occurs when our system is overloaded, stunned by a specific situation or life circumstances. Conscious connected breathing can help the whole organism deal with the consequences of trauma.
Anxiety, depression, stress
Therapy liberates and gradually restores a sense of balance.
Energy
You will catch a "second wind"...
Detoxification of the body
Up to 70% of toxins are released from the body through breathing.
Lack of creativity
Just as the mind affects the breath, it also works the other way around. And intense conscious connected breathing refreshes and airs the mind all the more...
